Hi, I’m Boudor!

Through a mindful approach to food and life i empower women looking to regain control and confidence, retrain their eating behaviours, foster a positive relationship with food and shed limiting beliefs preventing them from moving forward in the direction of their goals.

“Opening Up Is The First Step to Healing”

Imagine you could trust own decisions rather than being restricted by rules about what and when to eat.
As a certified health and life coach, I understand that the best way to achieve our life’s goals is to take a proactive and integrative approach to being healthy and happy.

It is my passion for overall health and wellness that led me in 2017, to acquire a health coaching certification with IIN, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to then incorporate a life coaching certification within New Skills Academy. I am also a certified EFT practitioner from Center of Excellence.

Today I feel like I’m exactly where I was guided to be .. I found my calling coaching women to a healthier relationship with food and themselves.

At that time, I didn’t know much about nutrition and also didn’t know that doctors were hardly trained in this field. I trusted him and left extremely excited to embark in this new journey.

As I saw the weight coming off, I became obsessed with dieting and kept looking for the latest diet trends. They were all working but had one thing in common: they were so restrictive to the point, that I couldn’t sustain them anymore… Resulting in a yo-yo dieting spiral and mood swings. Because of the fear of being judged, I would stop socialising and gradually lost control of my life.

But as I even delved deeper into the world of dieting, I developed ORTHOREXIA, a condition described as an unhealthy obsession with healthy eating.
I would inflict myself so many rules and restrictions around food, would constantly feel anxious and stressed about what I was eating and would spend hours researching and planning my meals.
My relationship with food became increasingly complicated and I kept avoiding social situations that involved eating.

I felt, trapped unhappy and it became imperative for me to find a way of restoring a healthy relationship with food.
It is mainly when I decided to educate myself on the body mind and spirit connection that i was able to free myself from unsustainable unhealthy diets and to also understand that nutrition was about nourishing yourself on but also off the plate.

About Me

My Story

My health and wellness journey started when I was 18. As I was over weight, I refused to follow my dad’s footsteps who was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

So, one day I decided to visit a well-known GP my home town, who I heard would help me lose weight.
I remember leaving his office with a prescription filled with slimming tablet names and a diet that would allow me to eat 5 apples a day, a toast and yogurt for breakfast and a plain salad with some protein for lunch and dinner.

At that time, I didn’t know much about nutrition and also didn’t know that doctors were hardly trained in this field. I trusted him and left extremely excited to embark in this new journey.

It is mainly when I decided to educate myself on the body mind and spirit connection that i was able to free myself from unsustainable unhealthy diets and to also understand that nutrition was about nourishing yourself on but also off the plate.

I kind of became my own therapist and studied different tools and modalities that would help me recover, such as:
-Mindful eating
-EFT tapping
-Nervous system regulation
…as well as understanding the psychology of eating.
That’s when I realised that my obsession with healthy eating was actually a manifestation of deeper issues around control, . anxiety and self esteem.
I had been using my strict eating habits as a way to cope with these underlying issues but in the process I had created an even bigger problem for myself.

I relearned how to listen to my body’s needs without judgement or restriction, to confront my fears around certain foods and most importantly,I had to work on the underlying emotional issues that had driven my obsession.

Ultimately my relationship with food healed and my ability to maintaining a healthy lifestyle prevailed.

Today, I teach my clients that no one has the same experience with food every time. Each individual is different and all that matters is that we are able to eat more purposefully in relation to our values.

I teach them that living mindfully means not being judgmental in how we see ourselves and our relationship with food and that as long as we bring conscious awareness, learn to be kind and compassionate towards ourselves, even when we make mistakes or struggle with old patterns, we are on the path to a health transformation.

now let me ask you

how would you like to feel??

The power is within you!!!

The power is within you!!!

My philosophy

Nourishment goes beyond the plate!

I strongly believe that nourishment is not limited to food alone; it includes all the ways we feed our physical and spiritual needs.

A truly nourished life is one that is essentially built with a fulfilling career, loving relationships, a spiritual practice and a consistent exercise routine (those are the primary foods). But when eating is our main emotional coping mechanism, we get stuck in an unhealthy cycle where the real problem is never addressed (plus, no diet will fix that).

You can only make peace with food when you start nurturing all aspects of your life. When primary foods are balanced and satiated, your life starts feeding you making what you eat secondary. In this sense, 1 am excited and eager to work with you, hear your stories and support you on a journey to feeling your very best, to experience wellness on a deeper level and help you recognise what you are truly starving for…

Wherever you are be there totally

how are you practicing selfcare?

Do you remember being on an airplane when the flight attendant instructed you that in case of emergency you should put your oxygen mask on first before helping others? This perfect example shows you that self-care is not an act of selfishness; it is in fact, a priority since it ensures your survival.

How can you help anyone else if you run out of oxygen yourself?
How can you pour from an empty glass?
How good are you to yourself?
