EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique.It is a mind/body tool that focuses on meridians and that clears physical and emotional blocks from our energy system using nothing more than our fingers.
In fact, it has been called many things-emotional acupuncture, acupuncture without needles, psychological acupressure, meridian tapping or just plain tapping.
